Job Summary:
As Director of CPM Solutions, Lead OneStream Consultant, you will lead the strategy, development, and implementation of our CPM services. You will also be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of OneStream XF SmartCPM platform for EGP’s clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of consultants and ensuring that EGP’s CPM offerings are delivering high-quality results to our clients. You will also work closely with the clients to understand their business requirements, analyze data, and develop solutions that meet their specific needs. You should have strong technical skills in financial systems, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working with clients to develop solutions that are both effective and efficient. You should have a proven track record of leading successful CPM implementations and a deep understanding of financial systems and processes. Additionally, experience in cash planning and OneStream Certifications are required.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and implementation of EGP’s CPM strategy
- Leading and managing the implementation of OneStream XF SmartCPM platform for EGP’s clients
- Managing a team of consultants and oversee the delivery of CPM services to clients
- Developing and delivering training programs to ensure that consultants are up to date with the latest CPM development and best practices
- Working with clients to understand their business requirements and developing solutions that meet their specific needs
- Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in the CPM industry and providing recommendations to clients on how to leverage new features and functionalities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Training and mentoring other consultants on the OneStream XF Platform
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance to clients after the implementation is complete
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in the OneStream XF platform and providing recommendations to clients on how to leverage new features and functionalities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing financial systems, with a focus on CPM and OneStream XF
- OneStream Certifications are required
- Experience in cash planning is required
- Experience managing a team of consultants
Desired skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of CPM platforms, including OneStream XF and the ability to design and develop complex calculations, workflows, and reports
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
